Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit through campus interviews from reputed management institutes in and around Calcutta, Delhi / NCR, Mumbai, Pune and Chennai. We also conduct off-campus interviews.

Mid-career recruitment

We have an in-house team which takes care of recruitment for executives. We also take the help of recruitment portals, and employee referrals. About 40 per cent of recruitment is through employee referrals.

Terms

There is a six-month probation period with a fixed and variable compensation. Retirement age is 60. Some employees work on contract and a few are outsourced.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be posted at the corporate office in Calcutta, and also in the branches in Jamshedpur, Bokaro, Bhilai, Durgapur, Burnpur, Rourkela, Noamundi, Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. We do transfer employees depending on business requirements.
