Mohun Bagan will next face Dalhousie Athletic Club at the home ground on Sunday.

Mohammedan Sporting routed Calcutta Football Club 7-0 at the club ground. David Lalhlansanga and Beneston Barretto scored a hat-trick each, while Bikas Singh netted one for the winners.

East Bengal rope in Gill brothers

Calcutta: Emami East Bengal have signed brothers Prabhsukhan Singh Gill and Gursimrat Singh Gill, the club announced on Wednesday.

While goalkeeper Prabhsukhan, 22, joined from Kerala Blasters, defender Gursimrat's contract with Mumbai City FC ended recently. Prabhsukhan was the Golden Glove winner in ISL 2021-22. Both have three-year contracts.

"I take huge honour in representing this century-old club. I am blessed to get an opportunity to wear this iconic jersey,” Prabhsukhan said.

“I am glad to welcome the Gill brothers. Both of them made their ISL debuts under me (in Bengaluru FC). They never seemed overwhelmed by the presence of the senior players," coach Carlos Cuadrat said.
