The SC East Bengal management looks to have done reasonably well on the domestic player recruitment front, even though they had only about four days to complete the process.
“We started a bit late but we are trying our level best to build a strong team,” a SC East Bengal official informed.

In a boost to the Robbie Fowler-coached side, defender Adil Khan has joined the club from Hyderabad FC.
Among the others recruited are striker Jackichand Singh, winger Romeo Fernandes, midfielders Songpu Singsit, Sourav Das, Amarjit Singh Kiyam and Wahengbam Angousana and defenders Haobam Singh, Hira Mondal and Sarineo Fernandes.
SC East Bengal have retained Jeje Lalpekhlua,Mohammed Rafique, Bikash Jairu and a few other key players.
