Two i10 cars collided under Margherita police station in Tinsukia district of Upper Assam on Tuesday evening, injuring one person critically.

According to a passer-by, one of the drivers was under the influence of alcohol.

Another incident was also reported at Namsai district of eastern Arunachal Pradesh.

In both districts, curfew has been imposed from 6pm to 6am to stop the spread of novel coronavirus pandemic and to ensure safety.
