The long-awaited in-person return of the Star Wars Celebration finally happened with a 90-minute showcase. The Lucasfilm Studio Showcase dropped some major updates and first looks at some brand new live-action series and movies, including Andor, Ahsoka, The Mandalorian season three, Star Wars: Skeleton Crew, Obi-Wan Kenobi and Willow.
A teaser for Mandalorian season three (scheduled to release in February 2023), featured a look at Bo Katan (Katee Sackhoff) fighting The Mandalorian (Pedro Pascal), while Tony Gilroy’s Andor was renewed for a 12-episode second season. But all eyes were on the preview for Obi-Wan Kenobi, which just dropped its first episode. The much-anticipated series will air through the summer and features the return of Sith Lord Darth Vader.
