Arjun-Bhumi’s romance runs amok in ‘The Lady Killer’

The film’s trailer hints at a thrilling drama full of twists

Arjun Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar are coming together for a story about doomed love, and the trailer for their next, The Lady Killer, is finally out. Directed by Ajay Bahl, the film follows a small town playboy, who falls dangerously in love with a woman whose identity he doesn’t fully know. What ensues is an epic mix of lust, thrill and drama. Kapoor confessed that this film was his most emotionally taxing project yet, and Bahl moulded him into a character extremely different from who he is in real life. The clip is high on tension, teasing a narrative full of twists. We can’t wait to experience it on the big screen, on November 3.
