Film critic Anupama Chopra recently lit up Instagram with a reel comprising the most magical moments of Kolkata seen in cinema. The clip features iconic shots from iconic films like Piku, Kahaani, Pather Panchali and Barfi. It also brings out the best parts of the city, from Victoria Memorial to Howrah Bridge, the yellow cabs to the trams, all while Anupam Roy’s soothing Piku Sarod Theme plays in the background. In less than a minute, the reel makes you fall in love with the timeless magic of the city, all over again.
