Kolkata’s 'Momo Queen' Doma Wang will be in Mumbai for a few days and if you’re in the city this week, you can sample some of her signatures. The chef who ranked #19 on Culinary Culture’s list of #India’sTop30Chefs 2022 owns the popular Kolkata restaurant The Blue Poppy Thakali. Doma will be serving some authentic Tibetan delicacies at Mumbai’s Taj Lands End this week, between June 30 and July 3 at House of Nomad and Atrium Lounge.
