Power couple Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan have now joined the league of franchise owners in ISPL, following in the footsteps of icons like Big B and Akshay Kumar. The dynamic duo will be proud owners of the Kolkata team in the inaugural ISPL T20, set to kick off in March. In an Instagram announcement, Kareena expressed her excitement, sharing a reel to promote the event and emphasising their enthusiasm to contribute to the initiative of transforming cricket from the streets to the grand stadium. She wrote: “It’s a fantastic opportunity for young aspiring cricketers out there and we couldn't be happier to be part of the experience”. Given Saif's lineage with his father being a cricket legend, their support adds a special touch to the movement of bringing cricket from the streets to the stadiums.
