The owner of Restaurant Gaa summed up her year with an Instagram post. Arora recounted how she had her baby, Aham, learnt how to balance parenthood with her business, and became the first Indian woman to be awarded two Michelin stars — all in the span of 365 days. She credited her team with her success, showing how nothing is possible without a good support system.
