Team KKR celebrated Andre Russell’s birthday in style!

The cricketer received a cake shampoo after the win against DC

Yesterday was all about giving Andre Russell a good birthday at the Kolkata Knight Riders camp. Apart from a scintillating performance at Eden Gardens and a clinical win against the Delhi Capitals, KKR also had a party on Instagram. The day started with an AI-generated clip of Dre Russ singing SRK’s hit song from Dunki, Lutt Putt Gaya, a nod to the clip where the West Indian all-rounder was caught vibing to the song. After the win, the party moved to the team hotel, where Dre received a complete cake shampoo from the team, with Sunil Narine being one of the chief pranksters. Shah Rukh also gave the cricketer a hug, lauding his contribution to the team, while Abram joined in on the fun! We hope the Knights get some time to recharge, before they take on Mumbai Indians on May 3.
