Karan Johar dropped a hint… Is something really brewing?

No doubt, Ranbir Kapoor’s performance in Wake Up Sid is one of his finest performances so far. The Ayan Mukerji-directorial, which released 15 years ago (wait, what?) still remains to be a favourite watch for its storyline, Ranbir and Konkona Sen Sharma’s chemistry — and of course the music. Guess what? There’s a chance of a sequel brewing somewhere in B-Town, because Karan Johar took to social media dropping a hint.
“Is this really happening? All I know is something exciting is brewing and I couldn’t have woken up to a better piece of news ” wrote KJo, posting a short video of Ranbir waking up to a question — “Is the gang back?”
Wake Up Sid, which also starred actors like Anupam Kher, Supriya Pathak, Rahul Khanna, streams on Netflix. While we wait for more deets, perhaps it’s time for a quick re-run?
