Comedian Ravi Gupta explores Kolkata from a humorous angle

The stand-up comedian was recently in town for his show, ‘Kal Ki Chinta Nahi Karta’

People who crack great puns or have a humorous take on life are people we should hold close to our hearts. Yes, this is an open invitation to comedian Ravi Gupta to become our BFF.  The comedian was in the city for his stand-up Kal Ki Chinta Nahi Karta, but before that, he documented his stroll around the city. Step aside tour guide, we think Gupta’s take on Kolkata is way more interesting. 

In one of his recent uploads, the comedian shared snippets of different scenes from the streets of Kolkata. And no, it’s not about the monuments. From trying Lyangcha, to looking at the “Uri babas” dangling from a bus, the comedian grabs the essence of the city uniquely. If we knew Kolkata the way he knew Kolkata, we’re sure we would laugh galore! 

Although we may have missed the first show of his tour in Kolkata, the comic will be coming back with more giggles on May 10 at the Kala Kunj Auditorium.
