Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, they say, and this post from England’s Barmy Army proves just that. While their players disappointed them throughout the five-match Test series, the Barmy Army made the most of their trip and enjoyed a few beautiful days in Dharamshala during the last Test match. Although the test ended on Day 3, the British fans went on a trek in Himachal and soaked in the serene beauty of the Himalayas. There aren’t many who can say they are as loyal to their country’s cricket team as the Barmy Army, who always turn up in large numbers for Test matches around the world. The Brits even got a chance to play a game of cricket at the world’s most beautiful stadium, with stunning shots of the snow-capped mountains behind them. Meeting some cute doggos and enjoying delectable momos were also on the cards for the English fans, who enjoyed the next two days after the match ended. As Indians, we always talk about our hospitality, and Dharamshala exemplified that by graciously welcoming the Barmy Army with open arms. Some monks even joined them at the stadium to play cricket. Check out this wholesome reel from the Barmy Army as they thank Dharamshala for such a beautiful experience. It all looks so enchanting that you’ll want to visit Himachal very soon, right?
