‘Metro… In Dino’, starring a huge ensemble including Sara Ali Khan and Aditya Roy Kapur will release in 2024

In 2007, Anurag Basu gave us a heartfelt amalgamation of stories about the struggles of loving and living in Mumbai with his film, Life in a… Metro.

After over 15 years, we finally have an update on its sequel. Neena Gupta shared on Instagram that Metro… In Dino, directed by Basu and produced by Bhushan Kumar will get a Good Friday release on March 29, 2024, and the title is named after the smash-hit number from the original, composed by Pritam. The film will comprise a power-packed ensemble cast including Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Anupam Kher, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sensharma, Ali Fazal, Fatima Sana Shaikh and Gupta herself.

She revealed that the new anthology will bring together heartwarming stories of contemporary couples. We can’t wait.
