Aishwarya turned heads once again at Cannes

The actress drew mixed reactions for her majestic silver-hooded gown at the event

Love her or hate her, you can’t ignore Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. And this time round, she has set our hearts on fire again, looking like a diva in a silver hooded gown for one of her Cannes lookbooks. The giant and sparkling number is from the label Sophie Couture. The gown has an aluminium finish with a huge bow and the crystals and the corset make a solid case in favour of the designer outfit. 

The diva’s statement red lips and lined eyes and sleek hair make it near impossible to take our eyes off her. The volume and the drama in the outfit makes it perfect for the occasion, and ARB has pulled it off with elan that only she has copyright off. The hooded number also reminds us of our other favourite Anne Hathaway, who killed it in a gold and silver Versace piece for the recent Bulgari event, where she was spotted with our desi girl PeeCee.
