Shabana Azmi and Javed Akhtar found a piece of Kolkata all the way in London. The legendary couple dropped by for a meal at the Chourangi, the restaurant that is famous for bringing flavours from Bengal to Old Quebec Street. Azmi also thanked the eatery on Instagram for their food and service.

The actor has been sharing updates of her London trip with fans, and landed in the city a week ago for the 25th anniversary of the UK Asian Film Festival. She also dropped by for a special screening of her friend Pravesh Kumar’s debut film, Little English at the Watford Palace Theatre.
