If you find yourself obsessing over how adorable penguins look, Hugo Alejandro Harros Guerra’s latest capture will melt your heart. The wildlife photographer recently caught a glimpse of a rare white female penguin, hobbling amongst a sea of the standard white-and-black ones at the Chilean base in Antarctica.

The penguin’s pure white colour has been attributed to leucism, an abnormal condition of reduced pigmentation affecting an animal’s skin, fur or feathers. However, the reduced colouring makes it more vulnerable to predators.

We’d recommend checking out his Instagram account for the cutest penguin content on the internet.
