Devi Durga and her kids are the star of the show, they are probashi family members for whom we wait all year. But, there’s one member without whom Durga Puja is incomplete — the Asura. Courtesy the theme pujas and the creativity of the idol makers, we come across Durga in various forms and avatars. But, we often miss the many moods of Mahishasura. Thanks to @the_blooming_lilac (Debjani Roy on Instagram), now that has been covered. From the bored Asura, Instagrammable Asura, irritated Asura, glaring Asura, surprised Asura to Colgate Asura and over-dramatic Asura, this reel is too funny to not share with your meme buds. Also, how on-point is the spotting and collating!
Since we all are beating Durga Puja blues, looking at our laptops and mentally ticking off one to do after the other, this reel is exactly what we need to LOL and then LOL some more.
