Bengalis love their ilish maachh. This rainy season, 6 Ballygunge Place is unleashing the Ilish Utsav 2023 – a celebration dedicated entirely to hilsa fish. With nine tantalising new dishes, this menu promises an ilish extravaganza like no other. Dive into delights like Ilisher Matha Diye Kochu Saag, Doodh Ilish (Coconut Milk), Ilish Machher Bharta, Oll Data Diye Ilish, Ilish Beguner Dolma, Sapla Ilisher Jhol, Ilish Pora, Kalo Jeera ar Kancha Lonka Bata Ilish and Aam Tel Ilish.
