The Westin Kolkata Rajarhat is celebrating Maa Durga with a unique festival titled, Dhol Dhak Dhunuchi 4.0, accompanied by Pujor Mahabhoj, a food festival hosted at Seasonal Tastes, Westin Ballroom till October 24. The venue is hosting a variety of live food stations, each paying tribute to Kolkata’s iconic street food. At the core is a scrumptious Bengali feast, with classics like Kosha Mangsho, Kolkata Style Chicken Biryani, and Chanar Dalna. Additionally, Nori will also host an Asian feast till Dashami (October 24), with a wide selection of salads, sushi, dim sum and other favourites like Indonesian Rainbow Bakwan and Crispy Fish Salt and Pepper. 

The meal will conclude with a gourmet dessert buffet comprising Bengali sweets like Kheer Kadombo, Pantua and Chamcham.
