Ramen Kitty is offering Tori Paitan!

City-based cloud-kitchen Ramen Kitty rustles up a range of brothy bowls and their most recent one is Tori Paitan. “Tori means chicken and Paitan means cloudy-broth ramen. We promise you, that this is something you've never had here before and one you must try!” posted the brand in an Instagram post. The bowl is a melting pot of chicken, spices and Japanese aromatics, all served with homemade noodles, corn, cloud ear mushrooms, chicken chashu, pak choi and scallions. In-house specials mayu (burnt garlic oil) and scallion oil are drizzled on top of the bowl, drawing all the flavours together and making for a mouth-watering meal-in-a-bowl.
