Malhotra’s upcoming Netflix release, Kathal, sees her crack a case of two missing jackfruits

In the run-up to Sanya Malhotra’s much anticipated Netflix film, Kathal, the actor dropped by celebrity chef Saransh Goila’s kitchen to give a tasty makeover to the signature jackfruit.

Goila and Malhotra collaborated for a Kathal Taco recipe that is easy to prepare and delicious in taste. The dish requires fried chopped jackfruits marinated in spices, blended with smoked veggies, and topped with salsa and sour cream dips. The end result is a taco unlike any we’ve ever tried.

The recipe is in keeping with the film, where Malhotra plays an earnest cop trying to crack the case of missing jackfruits stolen from a politician’s garden. Releasing on May 19, it promises to be a delicious watch!
