This Himachali Raw Mango Mahani recipe is a great accompaniment to parathas or dal chawal

Bored because you can’t go to the hills in this heat? Don’t worry, your taste buds can! 

Food vlogger Vinita Rathee Sharma who goes by @mygardenofrecipes dropped a wholesome recipe for Himachali Raw Mango Mahani, a drink that is sure to refresh your senses and soothe your soul. 

To make it, you just need to boil raw mangoes and remove the pulp. To this pulp, add a paste made of mint leaves, coriander, green chilli and salt. Once mixed, add some chilled water and chopped onions — and you have the best accompaniment to your paratha or dal chawal

The best part? This drink can be stored for up to two weeks!
