Chef Michael Swamy is on a four-city tour presenting an exclusive Indo-Bhutanese menu

In love with Deepika Padukone's favourite dish Ema Datshi? Well, there's much more to Bhutanese cuisine. To bring Indo-Bhutanese food on the table, Accor, a global hospitality player has collaborated with chef Michael Swamy. The renowned chef is on a tour covering Delhi, Kolkata, Mumbai and Bangalore, creating a special a la carte menu featuring an array of Indo-Bhutanese dishes. 

The second stop on the itinerary is Kolkata, and the chef will be at The Square, Novotel Kolkata Hotel & Residences from April 25 to May 5. This extraordinary culinary journey promises to be a feast for the senses — celebrating the cultural richness and diverse flavours of Bhutan and India. Commenting on the collaboration, chef Michael Swamy said, "Bhutanese cuisine is a hidden gem and I am honoured to bring its unique flavours to the forefront. Through this culinary journey, I aim to create an unforgettable experience that transcends borders and celebrates the rich tapestry of flavours that Bhutan and India have to offer.”
