Love momos? So do we. And we are so glad we found this healthy momo recipe. Made with whole wheat flour, vegetables and paneer or tofu, this recipe is easy, tasty and does not naggingly remind us of how “unhealthy” momos are every time we order some or make a few. While this recipe is the vegetarian version, you can also give it a non-vegetarian twist using the same method and basic ingredients, replacing paneer or tofu with keema of your choice. Don’t forget to note that the secret ingredient in this recipe is Sambal and homemade. Perhaps make some of that too and store? So, move over maida momos and try this recipe today!
