Mutton is love. There, we said it. And chef Anahita Dhondy Bhandari’s Kid Gosht recipe has made it even more difficult to not head straight to the kitchen, like right now. Kid Gosht, a Navroz special delicacy, is “a succulent and aromatic meat dish, showcases the harmony of flavours that Navroz, the Parsi New Year, represents,” (sic) described Anahita on Instagram.
The creamy and beautiful gravy with mutton and aloo (yes, you read it right potato lovers) is a treat to the eyes (and to the stomach too, we are sure). As much as we love this mutton recipe, we are also in awe of the mother-daughter duo Anahita Dhondy Bhandari and Nilufer Dhondy.
So far the ingredients are concerned, apart from mutton, you’ll need cashews, milk, ginger and garlic paste, onions, green chillies and mutton stock. The popular chef has shared the recipe video along with a break-up of the steps in the caption.
