Durga Puja is less than 100 days away and it’s the time of year to start shopping! Just in time for early festive shopping, Indian crafts brand Inkriti is hosting their inaugural exhibition in Kolkata this weekend. ‘Shuruaat: A New Beginning for Crafts’ will have on display an array of apparel that showcase the legacy of Indian crafts. You can expect wonderfully crafted clothes and accessories with ajrakh motifs, tie-and-dye, as well as organic kala cotton garments, and handloom pieces, among other things. The designs are unisex and a blend of heritage and contemporary aesthetics. Are you ready for a haul?
