Have a sweet tooth? Try some of the lost recipes of Bengali sweets at the Sabeki o Harano Misti Carnival on September 25 at Icchapuran Community Hall, opposite Acropolis Mall. The carnival, presented by Bangla Misti Online, is on from 11.30am to 8pm and will witness several unique and traditional sweets up for sale. These are prepared from the treasure chests of old Bengali family recipes. Some of the sweets on offer will include Badam Bilas, Taaler Patishyapta, Chanar Nadu, Khejurer Pantua and Narkel Paturir Sandesh.
