Chefs Vasundhara Kochar and Stuti Saraf from Cheesserted patisserie will be present at Yauatcha in Quest Mall to host a masterclass to teach future bakers some sweet treats. The masterclass promises to blend traditional techniques with modern flavours, offering participants a chance to indulge in exquisite summer-inspired desserts. Highlights include the Mango and Blueberry Cheesecake, featuring seasonal mangoes and fresh blueberries, and the Mishti Doi Brulee Cheesecake — a fusion of Bengali flavours with caramelised notes and cheesecake smoothness. Plus, master the creation of Yauatcha’s classic Chocolate Hazelnut Mousse and wrap up the event with a delightful serving of dim sums and tea.
