Vikas Khanna is not just a popular chef, but a writer and a filmmaker too. Donning the writer’s hat once again, he is all set to visit Kolkata on January 23 to launch his 40^th book, Imaginary Rain. He will be in conversation with author Anindita Ghose while danseuse Mallika Sarabhai will be stepping in as chief guest to launch the book. What’s more? The story, which is a tribute to the chef’s grandmother, is being made into a film and it’s soon to hit the theatres with actress Shabana Azmi playing the protagonist. The writer is currently seen as a judge on Masterchef India Season 7, streaming on SonyLiv.
