1/9 If every street tells a story, Lake Temple Road has turned into a full-fledged novel – with the Kolkata Streetscape Carnival. The event, which is on till January 28, 8pm, has been organised by Kalakaar Project in association with Shibmandir Committee, and saw thousands of Kolkatans uncovering a unique side to their streets with a variety of stalls, live performances, quizzes and more

9/9 The event was conceptualised by (L-R) Kalakaar founder, Ashmita Banerjee and project head, Shravana Mukherjee. “We’ve wanted to organise such a street carnival for a long time. This event is dedicated to creators who bring about a change, be it through entrepreneurship or performances,” they said
