1/4 Sheikh Mujibur Rahman lived in Baker Government hostel’s room number 24 way back in 1945-46. The room is now known as Bangobondhu Sriti Kakho. On his 103rd birth anniversary on Friday, members of the Chattogram Press Club along with Andalib Elias, Bangladesh deputy high commissioner, offered floral tributes. As a student of Islamia College (now Maulana Azad College), Bongobondhu had already made his presence in politics. Mujibur was elected as the general secretary of the college union
