5/9 Women's Christian College Eco Club, ISPC, Unmesh Entrepreneurship Cell, Sumeli and Sucharu, organised a Christmas Carnival within the college premises. The event featured a display and sale of student-crafted handicrafts and delicious homemade food items. Principal Ajanta Paul inaugurated the event followed by a cultural programme in the college auditorium, attended by governing body members and the esteemed chief guest, Anand Peacock, pastor of Circular Road Baptist Church

9/9 The eight-day Bangla Sangeet Mela 2023 organised by the West Bengal Information & Cultural Affairs Department will begin from December 25. They venues are Rabindra Sadan, Sisir Manch, Mahajati Sadan, Hedua Park, Madhusudan Mukto Manch, Aktara Mukta Manch, Deshapriya Park, Rishi Arabinda Park, Mukundapur Football Ground, Rajo Sangeet Academy & Charukola Parshad. Several artists from the state also showcased their skills at Rabindra Sadan. Minister Indranil Sen was present along with other dignitaries
