Trust young actors like Evan Mock to add a fresh element to the red carpet. The Gossip Girl actor combined corset, ruffled necklines and traditional suiting so smartly that it blew our mind.

Shawn Mendes looked like a medieval Prince Charming in a Tommy Hilfiger navy blue long coat with maroon sleeves. While Twitterati quickly linked his look to that of Doctor Strange, probably due to the navy-maroon ornamental buttons and upturned collar coat, but to us he looked like a handsome prince rocking painted nails and finger rings like a pro.

Paying homage to the working class or the immigrants of the Gilded Age was actor Riz Ahmed. He wore an open blue jacket with a white vest and trousers with working boots. Bravo!
