The film Dharmajuddho, starring Swatilekha Sengupta, Subhashree Ganguly, Parno Mittra, Ritwick Chakraborty, Soham, Saptarshi Maulik and Koushik Roy, is set in a small town that descends into anarchy as sudden clashes break out. Four victims, rivals to each other, take shelter in an old woman’s home who awaits her son’s arrival. Conflict breaks out within the four members as anxiety grips all of them, with the old woman playing the role of a pacifier throughout the fateful night. As the dawn breaks, the woman’s harsh truth unravels upon them, thus bringing on the realisation that humanity is the foremost religion and priority.
