If one word could sum up this year’s red carpet at the Grammys it would be ‘dramatic’ and Cardi B led the troupe in the most OTT Gaurav Gupta custom number in cobalt blue that had a patent GG touch in the form of sculptural construction. The colour not only complemented her but she literally owned the dress. She also indulged in some PDA with her partner Offset!

There is hardly anything basic in Beyonce’s wardrobe and the same reflected on Grammy day too!After being late and missing the red carpet, Beyonce sure knew how to still grab eyeballs. A custom Gucci metallic silver (foil-type) off-shoulder gown with ruffled hemline and opera gloves was what she wore. She then posted another picture on her Instagram wearing a velvet outfit with metallic bustier and hat and shades with spikes, holding her awards from the night! If this isn’t drama, we don’t know what is! #SlayLikeQueenBey

Sam Smith and Kim Petras were accompanied by RuPaul’s Drag Race stars Gottmik and Violet Chachki (who also featured in the Unholy music video) added some sheer queer royalty on the red carpet by making an entry in red custom Valentino outfits.

Watermelon Sugar singer Harry Styles loves fluid fashion and we know it. He turned up in a patchy rainbow EgonLab jumpsuit with a plunging neckline, putting his tattoos and biceps on display. Sleek layered chain adorned his neck. Honestly we are not a fan of the outfit but Harry in it? We love!

After her much talked-about red crystal look at Paris Fashion Week, Doja Cat was back looking fierce on the Grammy red carpet. Sporting a pixie cut, she flaunted her curves in a black vinyl Versace gown. The Woman singer completed her look with a striking cat-eye make-up and black hoops.

Shania Twain’s Harris Reed outfit was the epitome of OTT! Giant polka dots, that massive hat and her red hair... left us confused but it will surely be remembered in the years to come.

It was Gucci all the way for Jennifer Lopez who wore a custom midnight-blue silk-chiffon gown with draped crystals and pleated ruffles. The train of the outfit added to the drama quotient while the long silver fringed elements joined the bling party (thanks to the diamond accessories, studded bag and shoes).
