All set for summer? How about your room and the air conditioner in it? Samsung has launched its 2023 range of air conditioners, including its premium WindFree tech. The new range is about fast cooling, clean air, energy efficiency and convenience.
WindFree technology is designed to eliminate harsh cold air draft and disperses air through 23,000 micro holes at a speed of 0.15 m/s, allowing 43 per cent faster cooling. The new range includes 36 WindFree air conditioner models.
It’s not just about cooling. To ensure a clean indoor environment, the in-built air purifier in select models of the new range comes with a four-in-one PM2.5 air filter with advanced filtration technology. It reduces up to 90 per cent harmful bacteria, up to 99 per cent viruses and up to 98 per cent allergens (tested by Intertek).
Plus, in select models there are things like Welcome Cooling and Voice Control. The Wi-Fi-enabled air conditioners, including those from the WindFree series, now offer AI Energy Mode. This intelligent cooling feature uses AI to analyse the user’s preferred temperature and room condition before switching to the most effective mode and saving up to 20 per cent of energy.
The new line-up comes in dual-tone design and is available in two new colours — Rose Grey and Airy Mint, besides the White colour panel. Priced upwards of Rs 35,599, the new line-up is available at retail stores and online on Flipkart and Amazon and Samsung.com.
