The salad bar at the Farzified Sunday Brunch is comprehensive to say the least. There are vegetarian options like the three-bean salad as well as non-vegetarian ones like the chicken tikka chaat and the hand-pulled lamb and grilled artichoke salad. We especially loved the lamb salad which had a balanced mix of both meat and veggies. You can make your own salad as well!

Any meal without a dessert seems incomplete but at this brunch, you will be spoilt for choice. There are traditional sweets like gajar ka halwa and rosogolla but also, delicious pastries, blueberry cheesecake and a light and fluffy red velvet cake. None of the desserts are overpoweringly sweet and in fact, the fresh blueberries in the cheesecake cut through its richness, making for a perfect end to the meal

The main course is an extensive affair. (From l-r) Almond and Water Chestnut Kofta Curry, Chicken in Oyster Sauce, Mutton Rogan Josh, Murgdum Biryani, and Dal Tadka along with Kaju Barista Pulao (centre). The kofta is soft and sweet while the rogan josh is lightly spiced with thoroughly cooked mutton. The chicken in oyster sauce is a thick gravy preparation with hints of sweetness. Both the pulao and biryani are light and not overpowering in taste
