One of the most distinctive elements from the show, the Demogorgons, made a spine-chilling appearance at the party. Life-sized prop statues of these eerie creatures were strategically placed right beside the DJ, adding an extra layer of creepiness to the already haunting atmosphere of the event.

Monkey Bar on Camac Street transformed into the eerie town of Hawkins and the Upside Down from the Stranger Things series this Halloween. Drawing inspiration from the iconic show, the ambience was curated with Demogorgons and the iconic alphabet wall, capturing the essence of the Upside Down. t2 dropped by to catch a few glimpses of the Halloween bash.

Vampire’s Kiss cocktail tantalised with the smoky depth of Johnnie Walker, balanced by the sweet allure of litchi juice and a zing of lemon. A daring kick of red chilli powder on the rim added an intriguing heat, making each sip a bewitching blend of bold, sweet, and spicy notes.

Kasundi Chicken Tikka, marinated in yellow chilli, piquant kasundi mustard and honey, offered a bold fusion of flavours. Served with mint-coriander chutney, it was an irresistible blend of spicy, tangy, and subtly sweet notes, making each bite a delightful culinary experience.

Aishwarya Biswas, founder of Auli, spooked us with the Scream mask and said: “The ambience is fantastic — the music, food, and the whole setting. I’m seeing something cool like this in Calcutta after a while.”

DJ Sourcevibe aka Sumit Ghoshal played mixed tracks on the console like Tinlicker — Sleepwalker, Teklix — Shadows, Denis Horvat — Noise and many more.
