In celebration of its seventh anniversary, Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport has launched a culinary extravaganza, featuring a specially curated menu. Named Thank You Kolkata, it pays tribute to the City of Joy by showcasing delectable dishes from seven states across India. The journey promises to transport guests through the rich and varied flavours of the country, encapsulating the essence of each region such as Gujarat, Goa, Kashmir and more. On each day, a buffet priced at Rs 777-plus will focus on the cuisine of each state. The curated menu is an exquisite fusion of flavours, transporting diners to the heart of India’s culinary diversity. t2 gets a sneak peek of the vibrant menu.
