Aminia, known for its classic Awadhi fare, has rolled out yet another tasty winter special menu that highlights the best of ingredients and preparations that go well with the weather. And as the city gears up for the last leg of the season, chef Sarafat Ali has brought out his winter special recipes for the city.
“We’ve always aimed to bring authentic Mughlai flavours to our patrons. This year too, our Nalli Nehari with Taftan, Gost Sagwala, Mutton Lucknowi Biryani, and Chicken Khada Masala are the perfect dishes for the sweater weather.
