“What we wanted to do was provide a twist to the Bengali as well as the North Indian food that our customers are used to eating. So, we wished to bring a little twist with new flavours and fusions. Ambience-wise, too, we have worked on making sure that the place has this modern vibe, besides maintaining an old-world charm,” said Roshni Aditya, managing director, Aditya Group, which owns Babumoshai.
