“Business of a cafe or a food outlet mostly depends on three things — ambience, quality of food and service. To some extent, the food price also matters. Any food outlet desperately needs both good quality interior and exterior. Nowadays, the idea has been changed totally. Only selling food is not enough, the food should be sold in an ambience which will give the guest some different feeling. A detective was always there in all of us in our childhood days and Sherlock Holmes, Feluda, Byomkesh Bakshi, Pandav Goenda, Kaka Babu and many more were the real heroes of our childhood days. Thus the plan came to mind, why not good food served in an ambience which will make us nostalgic about our childhood days? Serving food in candlelight gives a thrilling experience, which goes with our detective theme. An elaborate continental menu like ours is very rarely found.
