A classic Bengali play

Bangaliana and art go hand in hand. This new year, pay homage to one of the finest Bengali playwrights by catching a new production of Utpal Dutt’s iconic Tiner Talowar, at Kala Mandir on April 14. Its themes of anti-establishment and swimming against the tide are more relevant now than ever before. Directed by Suman Mukhopadhyay, this adaptation will have Debsankar Halder, Sujan Mukhopadhyay, Shankar Chakraborty, Poulami Chatterjee, among others on stage.
