7/10 Briefing My Kolkata about the ingredients used for the cake-mixing, lecturer and chef Subhadip Saha said, “There are almost 200 kg of dry fruits here with special spices like cardamom and cinnamon, besides our secret spice. We have spirits like wine, rum, brandy and scotch. These cakes will be baked by us and distributed among the well-wishers of the institute, students and staff. Anyone willing to purchase can buy at the cost price. There will be no-profit margin”
