4/5 Actor Anindya Chatterjee, who is also an animal-lover and a pet parent, was the special guest of the event. He said, "I have been associated with Furrfolks for quite some time. Whenever I find a stray dog or a kitten, they are always so helpful. This is a great initiative. I want to tell people that indies are a 'no-nonsense' breed and perfect for the Indian climate. I have two of them. The breed is very Indian so why not love them too!" SK Basit, co-founder of Furrfolks, said, “Rescue, treatment and adoption are the three most important issues regarding animal welfare. A successful adoption plays a significant role in the process. Foster homes and shelters will have no space for further accommodation otherwise. We are delighted to be associated with Prabha Khaitan Foundation for our Adopt-a-pet chapter 3. Everyone is invited to attend the camp and welcome the fur babies in their families, warm-heartedly.”

Adoptions can be done online too
