The reason why this is all the more important is because we are talking about financial relationships, West Bengal-China relationships. Over the past few years, I have worked on strengthening the relation between the two with many friends here and I am glad that we are making progress; it is slow but it is at a steady pace. I would take this opportunity to congratulate India on marking the 77th year of Independence. I would also like to congratulate India for the G20 summit Presidency. I just wish that we achieve success together and mutually aim for greater feats in the future,” said Zha Liyou.
