Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit both on campus and off campus. The idea is to pick up bright youngsters and groom them.

Mid-career recruitment

Candidates with references are given preference. We also take ex-defence personnel who add maturity to their job. Most of them come from diverse backgrounds.

Terms

There is a two-year commitment period. This is a pre-requisite to ensure stability.

Postings/ transfers

Movements are based on organisational or individual needs. People get opportunities to move across locations.

Special facilities

Those who are constrained on health grounds or family problems can work from home. There are also e-learning modules for internal learning.
