Recruitment policy for management trainees

A team of executives from HR and other departments visits B-schools and conducts group discussion and interview. The candidates are selected on the basis of their performance.

Terms

The candidates have to undergo a six months? probation period. If their performance is satisfactory, they are appointed permanently, otherwise they may be given an extension of six months? probation. If their performance is still not found to be satisfactory, the service is terminated.

Special facilities

All employees are given EPF, gratuity, medical, insurance and canteen facilities. Trainees get canteen facility and reimbursement of conveyance.
